From unboxing to first weld.
Every installation follows the same broad steps, whether it's a single power supply or a full orbital system.
Unpack & Inspect
Check the power supply, weld head and accessories against the delivery note, and inspect for any transit damage.
Mount & Connect
Position the power supply, connect gas supply, cooling (if fitted) and the weld head, following the equipment manual.
Configure Weld Program
Set or load the weld schedule for your material, diameter and wall thickness — either from a standard library or a program we've written for your joint.
Test Weld & Sign-Off
Run sample welds, check penetration and finish, and sign the system off as ready for production.
We can commission it for you.
For new systems, or equipment moving to a new joint or material, we offer on-site commissioning and weld procedure support so you're not working through the manual alone.
